Not convicted felon, or any legal exception, just a law-biding, adult citizen. I read the Prohibited Offensive Weapons section of the Statutes but under knives it referes to ones that launch or open with buttons. No mention of a hunting knive in a sheath. The reason for carrying is irrelevant, all that matters is whether it is illegal or not
I am primarily interested in the statutes or ordinances in the State of Pennsylvania.
